A lovely glow at a budget price
This is a very pretty illuminiser, in extremely handy packaging; the dropper is great (but use it quickly; the product texture is *very* liquidy, and the dropper doesn't hold it from dripping) for precision dispensing and no wastage.
I mix a drop or two into my foundation before applying to my face or even body, as the sparkles can look a little obvious - almost like a micro-glitter rather than a shimmer - on my skin, but used that way it lends an ethereal radiance that's just beautiful. Fairy, unicorn and mermaid girls will love it for that sparkly option, though.
And as with all 3INA products, it's probably the single best on the market at its' price-point. A new favourite of mine, for my everyday staple kit. :-)

This is such an amazing,versatile product that can be used by mixing with foundation,used as a primer under foundation,on eyes,on lips,as a highlighter or for body,it's a smooth liquid texture that does not get sticky or dry out skin.Great for any pro artist kit.
